Welcome to the Clarence Measelle Studio Web Page. The purpose of this site is to introduce a selection of paintings and sculptures from over 600 works completed from 1972 to the present. Each thumbnail image represents one work from a series of approximately 5-25  paintings (or sculptures) of similar subject matter. Hundreds of drawings and sketches are not included in this survey.

This site is divided into two main categories: Recent Work and Archives. Recent Work has 3 albums: Photorealism and Figurative Paintings (20 images), Abstract (13 images), and Sculpture (5 images).

Archives has 4 albums: Airplanes and Motorcycles (9 images), Automobiles (16 images), Still life's, Landscapes, and Others (16 images), and Abstract Paintings (20 images).

When viewing the albums you can click on the thumbnails to see a larger image and also to see the title, medium, size, date, and collection information. You then can click on the right arrow to scroll through the images or click on the album name to return to the thumbnail biew..

The Bio section contains a selected list from over 100 gallery and museum exhibitions, competitions, group shows, and one person shows. This section also includes a partial list of corporate and public collections, and a partial list of publications about the artist and his work. Individual collectors are listed as private.

The Guest Book has a short address form to fill out for anyone interested in being notified about up-coming shows, new paintings, sculptures, drawings, and limited edition prints. None of the information on these forms will be shared.

The Contact link opens an e-mail window for anyone with questions about the work shown on this site or questions about purchasing or commissioning new work. All correspondence will remain confidential.
